- You can workout when it’s most convenient for you and don’t have to work around someone else’s busy schedule
- No long breaks between sets due to conversation
- You can tailor your workouts to your bodys needs and fitness goals
- For me my workouts are my “Me-time” (mental health) it’s a great stress relief to put on my headphones, blast my music and just kick ass.
- I personally feel more motivated working out on my own and pushing myself to the limits (I feel like my workouts are more intense by myself)
