Hi, my Name is Simone and I am 25 years old. I was born and raised in Germany and am currently living in Arizona (USA).

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my early teens (currently non-medicated) as well as scoliosis and kyphosis.
Both my scoliosis and kyphosis have improved significantly throughout my journey, which I will explain in more depth in a seperate post.
I would love to inspire people with my Story, maybe encourage someone with similar problems, that everything is possible!
