Blogmas Day 13: What’s on my fitness bucket list?

  • Reach my Goal Weight
  • See muscle definition (especially in my legs and have a flat tummy)
  • Accomplish unassisted Pull ups
  • Be able to do Splits
  • Do Standing Splits
  • Do a Handstand
  • Handstand walk
  • Squat my Bodyweight or more
  • Walk/Jog 5km in 30 minutes
  • Enter a Bikini Competiton (this one is a BIG maybe)

  1. These are awesome! I hope you reach them. The competition is probably the scariest but more validating thing you’ll do no matter where or how you place on stage.

    I think my fitness goals for 2019 is deadlift at minimum 180 for reps, re-enter in a fitness comp (I’ve only done one), eat cleaner, do an unassisted pull-up, run a 6:30 mile (I don’t run….) and see my hamstring & back muscles. I’m rooting for you girl!
