  • Lose the last few pounds towards my goal
  • Build more muscle
  • Maintain my weight once I reached my goal
  • Feel 100% comfortable in my skin
  • Being able to wear shorts or crop tops in public
  • Add Yoga to my Workout program
  • Stepping out of my comfort zone more often
